I live on Burckhalter Avenue in the Millmont Area. My street is bordered by the 580 freeway and there is no barrier to keep the extensive amount of car exhaust and fumes along with it being a high traveled corridor. THERE IS NO BARRIER FROM SEMINARY AVENUE TO EDWARDS AVENUES. There have been several instances of cars careening off of 580 freeway into the backyards/ homes of residents. When traveling down 580 freeway there are clear barriers for all of the neighbors before and after our neighborhood. This barrier Is desperately needed to help protect our residents and school that are adjacent to this huge source of air and noise pollution.
