There is a white car parked in front of 1801 Springhaven which belongs to the couple who are renting the house. The car has an outdated sticker as well as a flat tire and has not been moved for about 8 months. It is difficult for city services such as garbage, special pickup, recycling and mail to get into and out of the cul-de-sac. Often, they have company that park in front of the house across the street preventing large vehicles from accessing the street at all. If a firetruck and other emergency vehicles would need to get into the cul-de-sac, they probably would not be able to.

Performance Cooling and Heating, an air conditioning business out of Katy, Texas is running their business out of a residential home which they are renting at 1801 Springhaven. There are 6 large vehicles parked there everyday which include vans, pickups, a large moving truck and a trailer. The owner of the business along with his crew of approximately 5 or 6 men live in the house.

This started early in the Fall of 2015. At first there was only 1 or 2 vehicles. Then he gradually added more and more. They have figured out that they have to get all of the vehicles away from the house before the City of College Station code enforcers get to work at 8:00 am and not bring the vehicles back until the code enforcers are off work at 5:00 pm.

This has the potential to negatively effect property values. In case of an emergency, a fire truck or ambulance would find it impossible to get into the cul-de-sac. A truck is always parked right up to the intersection of Glen Haven and Springhaven when they are home.

They leave each weekday between 7:00 am and 7:30 am and return between 5:30 pm and 8:00 pm.

As of Sunday morning, weeds well past 12" along sidewalk behind the house. Same issue reported in February.

There is an orange cat (among other cats) that live at 1802 Springhaven Circle. The owners have been told by the animal control officer that their cat(s) cannot be allowed to roam free outside of their yard. I constantly find this cat in my yard, on my front and back porches, under my deck, and laying around in my backyard. This cat marks its territory at all of my doors, on all the porches and the deck. It uses my large containers with flowers planted in them for its "litter box". It poops and pees all over my property -- even in my garage! The people were told by animal control that they could not let their cat run free, so they kept it in for a little while, but it is back in my yard, under my deck, etc. Recently, when I saw it in my backyard, I went out and tried to shoe it off, but it just layed in the grass growling at me. I reported it to animal control, but nothing was done. I have a puppy now that plays in MY backyard, and I am afraid that this feral cat might injure him. One of their other cats was in my yard about a year ago and bit my German Shepherd all over his face and tried to bite me. I managed to grab a 2 X 4 and pushed it off of my fence. I had to take my dog to the vet to be treated for the bites which cost me over $100. The owners of these cats told me that they never vaccinate their cats!! I told them that it was a law in College Station that all cats and dogs must be vaccinated if they live in the city limits. Something needs to be done. What if these cats bite other pets?! What if they bite children?!

The trash from the house has been on the street for over two weeks The CS household trash pickup on March 13th took some/what was allowable but left the rest and the tires were thrown in the yard The tires are low back on the pile On Monday, 20th, no pick up was made (assume nothing on these piles are allowed) It's now Wednesday and I feel after two+ weeks, someone should address this issue Thank you for your help
