The damaged tree was reported to The Parks Department earlier this year with no action on SCF. The issue was then reported in person at the Parks Department. No action. Fence now damaged and tree endangering the public sidewalk.

It is located right next to the crosswalk. UI worked in the manhole on 4/3/14 and the cover has need noisy and moves since then. Multiple complaints have resulted in one answer which was "it was normal". Clearly a moving cover and loud noise is NOT normal. No other manhole cover on Edgewood Ave does this.
