Large tree limb came down crushing private fence along sidewalk. The damaged tree was reported to The Parks Department earlier this year with no action on SCF. The issue was then reported in person at the Parks Department. No action. Fence now damaged and tree endangering the public sidewalk.

Dead skunk at intersection of Hobart and Edgewood. Reported yesterday, still there.

Hobart street between Maple and Edgewood was supposed to be swept today, but it wasn't.

Tree down blocking the trail and another ready to fall located on trail parallel to Edgewood Ave and West Park Ave, Entrance on Edgewood behind boulders.

Storm drain grate has popped up.

Loose UI manhole cover. It moves and makes noise every time a vehicle travels over it. It is located right next to the crosswalk. UI worked in the manhole on 4/3/14 and the cover has need noisy and moves since then. Multiple complaints have resulted in one answer which was "it was normal". Clearly a moving cover and loud noise is NOT normal. No other manhole cover on Edgewood Ave does this.
