I noticed one of our neighbor on the next street was walking his German Shepherd without a leash. I was very shock and I stopped my two puppies. Is it lawful to dog walk without a leash with such a large dog? What happen if the dog decided to bite other dogs or even human? I'm very concern that I will run into him again and I'm afraid to walk my two puppies in the same area as he walks his German Shepherd without a leash.

Do we have an emergency issue that we need construction works on Saturday? Is it necessary for the entire street residents to deal with all the noise on a nice beautiful Saturday afternoon? Do you want the same construction works in front of your house on a Saturday afternoon? We already have to deal with the construction works started September 22nd from Monday to Friday. Do we have to deal with it on weekends too?
