I want to file a full complaint on the construction work on September 27, 2014 between 12 noon to 3pm. Do we have an emergency issue that we need construction works on Saturday? Is it necessary for the entire street residents to deal with all the noise on a nice beautiful Saturday afternoon? Do you want the same construction works in front of your house on a Saturday afternoon? We already have to deal with the construction works started September 22nd from Monday to Friday. Do we have to deal with it on weekends too?
