Texan Concerned

Noted this evening the Stop signage was down on the ground and White investigation markings are laid out. Need to get this Stop sign up, as while looking at this area, three cars did not stop. Major accident could happen any moment.

As you walk on the north end of the pond on the walk path, there is numerous different types of dead fish, and the area smells like dead fish near the east sitting bench. I hope the pond is not contaminated with something causing numerous fish to die.

This existing pothole is getting to be a nuisance to sometimes having to drive onto this area at night when oncoming traffic forces you to drive onto and can easily cause a car's alignment to go out or damage a rim/tire, and or an accident. This has been like this for a few weeks.

I am the Nextdoor Neighborhood leader,and phoned this last year that the street sign had been stolen and it was replaced. Again, it has happened again but the whole pole with Stop sign & Axis Ct 2300 sign has been stolen. I've noted some students living at the corner have been partying and drinking making noise a lot on Friday nights, but never noted the signage was missing until this last weekend. I've noted a couple student's house garage doors on this street displaying street signs on the walls of the garages, but never thought of reporting it. From now on, I plan on reporting to the police which houses such signage is located at. This is a recurring problem and I plan on posting this stuff on Nextdoor website. The steeplechase community needs Code Enforcement to place door hangers indicating it is a crime, a fine, as well possible jail time if such vandalism and stealing such can cause the authorities to conduct an investigation if this continues.

As you come on the deck, boards are rotted and easy to break and in the middle of the deck area, rotted hole. Nails are even popping up. Not handicap safe deck and cannot get onto with scooter for a handicapped disabled person. This deck needs replaced and off limits until repaired/ replaced
