The officer walked both ponds and did not see or smell anything dead.

When was this walk done anyhow? This matter was reported 5/25/15 and the situation should of been looked at a lot sooner.

Code Enforcement doesn’t always receive timely updates from outside departments and agencies so based on resource availability, Code Officers periodically investigate pending non-code related issues for closure. Our Code Officer walked the area on 7/29 and reported that there were no dead or decaying fish at either of the Central park ponds.”
