The entire alley of the 3000 block of W Grace is a blight. None worse than behind the Marquee. Tires, mattresses and rubbish abound litter the alley.

car has sat for months. no known local resident. expired tags.

illegal dumping, overgrown lots, graffiti - there aren't enough categories to describe this alley that resembles a 3rd world country. Houses and Apartments on the north side of 3000 block of Grace (mostly rental) and the commercial interests on Cutshaw need to be responsible for their property.

City Forestry was out to prune the five pear trees that line my property. During such time they moved utility lines and tied them off my roof with a small gauge of rope. Line needs to be restored to its original position. Appears to be a considerable liability. Further, no permission was granted for them to tie off of my roof. This needs to be fixed immediately.

This property isn't owned by an individual with no functioning lawn mower. It is an apartment building managed by FAN Rentals. Obviously having no concern or consideration for its tenants, neighbors or the greater community, this is a constant. The city needs to do something about the constant neglect of this property. It is beyond being a blight. SECOND REQUEST IN A MONTH.

Former residents of 3011 W Grace St. have dumped an old soda curbside in front of the residence. Needs to be removed.

Litany of trash, cardboard and graffiti behind The Marquee building in the alley between the 3000 block of Grace and Cutshaw. This alcove has become a refuge for rodents and the homeless. This has been reported several times with no action resulting.

Appears to be a broken water pipe under the pavement in front of 1008 Belmont ave. Slow stream of water emerging from pavement. Constant flow.

Weeds are taking over the tree wells along side of the Marquee. Reaching over 3' high.
