3100 W Grace St Richmond, Virginia - The Museum DistrictCity Forestry was out to prune the five pear trees that line my property. During such time they moved utility lines and tied them off my roof with a small gauge of rope. Line needs to be restored to its original position. Appears to be a considerable liability. Further, no permission was granted for them to tie off of my roof. This needs to be fixed immediately.
