The sidewalk on the north side of the Fulton Park entrance from Sheffield Blvd is uneven, several areas of concrete have a 3-4 inch rise from the next section. The sidewalk on the south entrance of the park on the corner of Seaway and Sheffield Blvd the sidewalk has a lip that places a barrier for those with disabilities and those pushing strollers. A road cone has been placed over a manhole cover for over a week, creating an obstacle for drivers and bicyclists.

Large debris pile where once a house was. House seems to be now trash or garbage littering the yard. Has been this way for several months. Instead of removing the trash that was once a house, someone surrounded the debris pile with a fence.

Storm Drain Cover is missing, leaving exposed storm drain hole in roadway. Construction Barrel placed over to warn of road hazard, but that in turn has been damaged. At north west corner of Walker/Case and E Grand River Ave. Please Fix! Children in area, this is a safety risk to all those who walk/drive/bike in area. Thanks!

The access panel to the street light in front of 1009 E Grand River Ave is missing at ground level, leaving the wires exposed.

The alley way north of E Grand River Ave, South of E North Street, between High St and New York is not passable due to trees and trash.
