    This hole was dug out months ago. The dirt is blocking the sidewalk and the hole that is full of water is adding to the mosquitoes and poses a danger for children in the neighborhood.

    The water meter in front of 4012 Arckelton Dr is still without a top. My 3 year old toddler almost fell in yesterday. Not sure why my report from June was closed without resolve, but this needs to be fixed before the trick or treaters trip on it in the dark.
