Noise Ordinance complaint
The work performed at this location is loud. They start around 4 am and wake us every morning. I'm not sure which business is at this location but they are surrounded by homes.

The railroad did remediation to the railroad track leaving giant 'potholes' on either side of the tracks. They have come out once before but seem to only have exacerbated the problem. There is a huge drop off on either side of the tracks.
