Water ponds on the Crabtree creek greenway close to the Anderson street entrance in one spot. The trail becomes impassible at this spot. Both sides of the trail are very muddy and hard to walk around the ponded water.

Guy wires disconnected from utility pole are laying in traffic lane on wade avenue exit to glenwood.

Pothole or sinkhole forming in center of street

Left turn signal needed for exit of shopping center. Traffic at this intersection is heavy. The new apartment development on Wake Forest Rd has increased the amount oncoming traffic. The increased traffic from the new development is creating a need for left turn signal.

Deep pothole on Davis Dr. It is right by the exit to the RTP offices. Drivers making a a left from 40 East in the right lane can be caught by surprise and damage their vehicles.

Heavy rains yesterday washed out sand/gravel covering the new water lines. There are some fairly deep holes exposed here.

Street lodger is out.

Trash collection before 9am is bcking up traffic ob wade avenue. While I understand trash collection is necessary wade avenue is a major thoroughfare in Raleigh. Trash collection should be scheduled for non- rush hour time so traffic doesn't back up unnecessarily.
