Bike abandoned long ago. On NE corner of Jersey Ave and 5th Street

Sewers backed up with the last two storms. As a start, can we please get people out here to snake the sewers? I used to see them do that more regularly.

On the southeast corner of 6th and Jersey, big pile of trash was dumped

Sinking depression around gas line cover. Every time a car or truck hits it, it causes houses to shake.

Residents of 612 jersey avenue continue to pile trash on the sidewalk, at the rear of their property, on 5th Street

612 jersey Ave continues to put trash out on non trash days. Trash pick up was Thursday night. Today is Friday and they have put this out. It will sit out here until Monday. :(

This property has been reported multiple times and we have been told that warnings were issued 3 separate times.

Animals have gotten into it

Someone has been pouring construction waste(?) into the street gutter. There is active construction at 258 and 254 5th street, across the street from the gutter. I have not seen anyone doing this, of course. I don't know what can be done.

The sewer on the southwest corner of Erie and 5th street needs to be cleared. Every rain it backs up. There is a drain on each of the four corners of this intersection and the other three drain properly. There is clearly something preventing proper drainage here. This was reported on seeclickfix a year ago. Also reported to JC RRC on 6/14/2014 -see photo. With storm season coming up, I would like to see some urgency placed on this issue.

The drain was full to the top yesterday while all the others were draining fine.
