This trash is still out there

Brought to the attention of JCIA and RRC.

From JCIA: "Our Inspector visited the site as per your request and there was no cause 2/3/2014 the bag is sand and it’s on their property neatly they are allowed to have and there were boxes (what we saw was behind their fence which is no cause)."

from the three photos over two weeks, you can see that the boxes and all the trash leaning against the wall are on the outside of the fence. There is other trash out there besides a bag of sand. Now everything is covered in snow. I'll continue this thread when it thaws.
