Shopping carts, tires, clothes and trash being left by homeless are gathering in the alleyway here. Occasional homeless seen doing drugs, sleeping, and starting camp fires in the alleyway, and blocking access. Please schedule a crew for cleanup and removal.

numerous carts filled with trash. garbage, needles, luggage. all left behind by homeless. homeless have also broken the fencing to access the arroyo overflow reservoir. all in the railroad right of way.
