    Bus #632 northbound on Carlisle about 3:40pm on 9/16 had a passenger that left her child sitting alone out of her view while she flirted with the driver. She was leaning into the driver's area and was using his mirror to check her make-up while he was driving, and was a big distraction. Driver also didn't seem to be wearing his seat belt. He needs safety training.

    Heard a scraping noise at the back of bus 710 this morning. Sounded similar to worn out brakes, but seemed to come from the engine compartment. Sound occurred just before stopping and while starting from a stop. Also happened when the driver took the bus out of gear and into gear when he had briefly left his seat.

    The metal plate covering a break in the sidewalk for water runoff is no longer level and is not completely bolted down. This needs repair to make sidewalk passable for disabled people and to get rid of a safety hazard for all. This was previously reported under request #12800276, but was closed and archived with no work done on the issue.
