Encampment completely out of control Blocks from schools we are faced with huge dumping and a disgusting mess No one should have to live with this Not the campers not the neighbors
Needs immediate attention and cleaning

Market Street Underpass between 35 and 36th street n

On MLK Jr way at 36th the entire side walk is blocked by the hoard of a homeless person who lives next n a bus This is a right of passage issue and safety as the other side of the street is a well established encampment and the sidewalk actress is blocked Pedestrians must walk into the bust city street to pass

This side of the sidewalk now also blocked ( encampment on the other side blocks passage) So no access by sidewalks at all

Yes I've notified homeless 311
The one tent needs to be moved across the street w the other blocked sidewalk
The dumping and " possessions"of this one tent are now blocking the bike lane

There is a bus stop there
There are two schools wit in a few blocks
This side walk is essential
And right now very unsafe

Once again the bike lane on West street between 35 and 36th street underpass is blocked by homeless encampments spill over

Yes I've reported to that particular 311

However
It's dark under the underpass
West street has been made a bikers safe street
Until this area Very dangerous
This must stay clear and maintained - chronic situation

What will it take? An accident ?

A tent has been put up on the other side of the road Now both sidewalks are blocked ( established encampment on the other side)

The new tent must be moved immediately to the other side
This is a bus stop And a sidewalk where students and parents walk accessing the military school as well as the Hoover school

Walking in the street to go around this new tent is dangerous

Move immediately

Huge tour bus has completely blocked off the side walk on 34th overpass with their giant hoard
A heavily used pedestrian sidewalk where wheelchairs and scooters need access to Pill hill

This is over a year old And directly across there is a car parked with their bike's leaning on it which gives just enough for a person to squeeze by but not anyone disabled

This is very inconsiderate and disrespectful to our community A bus parked ok But the giant hoard? Keep out signs? Cones so we can't even safely walk around?
