Description

Huge tour bus has completely blocked off the side walk on 34th overpass with their giant hoard
A heavily used pedestrian sidewalk where wheelchairs and scooters need access to Pill hill

This is over a year old And directly across there is a car parked with their bike's leaning on it which gives just enough for a person to squeeze by but not anyone disabled

This is very inconsiderate and disrespectful to our community A bus parked ok But the giant hoard? Keep out signs? Cones so we can't even safely walk around?

I'll add the photo of across the street and the limited access

This needs immediate attention before someone is hit by a car! ?

Q. Where is the homeless encampment in relation to the address given? EX:Behind the building, up the embankment, etc.
A. on the 34th street over bart tracks overpass at MLK Near park pretty much the whole over pass
Q. How many individuals are living in the encampment?
A. not sure maybe 2 or 3
Q. How many vehicles/RVs/tents/structures are at the encampment?
A. two cars two tents one tour bus RV vehicle and a giant hoard
Q. If RV, is the RV leaking (black water) or is body waste present?
A. Yes
Q. Is there evidence of open fires?
A. Yes
Q. What other City departments have been notified? EX: OPD, OFD, DOT, Oak311, Public Works, etc.
A. public works I might get call 311 as it's a safety hazard
Q. What is the report/complaint, as it relates to homelessness? EX:Parking violations, traffic violations, etc.
A. blocking our right to pass blocking wheel chairs health hazard
