    Hoard Now completely Blocking the side walk

    And needs immediate attention
    Especially because a decades old encampment blocks the other side of the sidewalk
    This is a well used sidewalk as it accesses to bart, and the park

    The walkway to bart, which commuters take on the way to work, is completely blocked due to about 6 tents This is under the highway underpass right at the parking entrance to bart on West McArthur

    The sidewalk is essential for commuters and it's dangerous to have to go in the street to pass

    A very large RV has dumped a huge hoard of things on the side walk This mess has spread to piles of garbage into the park It doesn't block the sidewalk but takes up a huge amount We can not use the other side of the sidewalk due to the giant encampment in order to walk to Bart to work The stench is bad It's really gotten out of control
