For drivers on southbound Eubank who are waiting to make a left turn into the Mountain Run shopping area at that shopping area's northern-most entrance off Eubank, the visibility of approaching northbound vehicles is constrained by vegetation in the median about 50 feet south of that median cut. Trimming of that vegetation would considerably improve that visibility, improving safety at that intersection.

For drivers on northbound Eubank who are waiting to make a left turn onto Spain, the visibility of southbound vehicles is constrained by a combination of the curve of Eubank north of Spain, a low rise in the terrain at that same location, and vegetation in the median. Trimming of that vegetation would considerably improve that visibility, improving safety at that intersection.

I am concerned that an unpermitted group home ("community resource home") has been established at the cited address. Not only was there no notice to the surrounding neighbors, but the residence is far closer than the minimum 1500 feet from another established community resource home at 7410 Mayflower, NE. Please investigate. I would like to be informed of the results. Thank you.

On the I-25 pedestrian overpass, there are numerous graffiti on the pavement and the top surfaces of the handrails. Example photo included.

On phone company box on east side of Moon St.

All Street lights along Montgomery Blvd NE between Eubank and Morris are out.

There is graffiti resembling "TodD" on the west-facing side of a utility box on the east side of Moon St. between Camino del Sol and Galaxia Way, NE. There is also different graffiti on the "back side (the east side) of that box.

At the southwest corner of the intersection (turning from Academy eastbound onto Wyoming southbound), the pavement is extremely disrupted and deformed (not literally a pothole, but equally upsetting and potentially damaging to vehicles). The deformed pavement makes executing a turn there very jarring, bordering on unsafe.

There is a rough and badly located pothole at the cited intersection. It is at the edge of Academy westbound and in the entrance of the northbound lane of Truchas.

Graffiti on a bus stop shelter in front of the provided address. See photo. The image shown is on the back of the shelter (east side). There is also other graffiti on the north end of the shelter as well as on the lid of a trash receptacle on the south end of the shelter.
