the street light in front of 1021 Northwest 96th Terrace is not working.

The homeowner is having a metal privacy fence installed with no permit and no inspections. This privacy fence is being installed on the rear and sides of this residence.

Homeowner is having a new roof put on his house over the weekend. No permit has been pulled. Sunday at 5 p.m. the front of the house is complete all shingles are in place except for shingles that need to be trimmed hanging over the side. They are still putting shingles on the rear of the house at this time.

This homeowner now has yet another new guy renting a room in his residence who does landscaping for a living. This occupant illegally dumps all his landscaping clippings in the front swell of this residence ( tree trunks, palm trees excetera) for the city to come and remove on balk pick up days. As you can see from this photo the occupant put out more clippings this morning one day after balk pickup was out removing the previous debris that ran the full length of his house and was at least 6 to 7 feet high. It took the city two trucks and two separate trips to remove all this, and today the city was out once again. Is this now a city issue or a county issue? Also, maybe the city should go after this Homeowner for non compliance issues through the zoning department. Some cities have an ordnance for how many occupants can rent rooms in one house ( because the city will not utilize the abatement process and attach these fines to this Homeowners tax roll) !!!!

Dead and patchy grass from homeowner using his front yard as a parking lot on a daily basis.

Homeowner not maintaining the front yard. Overgrown grass, and dead tree out by the street.

The Homeowner that lives at 1050 NW 96 Ter is parking a commercial dump truck on the south side of this bank owned home, along with other commercial vehicles in the circular driveway.

Sidewalk needs cleaned.

Red Spanish barrel tile roof is black and needs cleaned, and front sidewalk needs cleaned as well.

Homeowner feeds the ducks every morning and every evening resulting in the ducks getting hit by cars because they are crossing the street to get food. The Ducks are now so use to being fed by humans that they are defecating on homeowners front entries, sidewalks, rear patios, and digging up and nesting in flower beds. There is a city ordinance that states it's illegal to feed the ducks! Thanks for any help.

Into her house being re-roofed, was a permit pulled?

The Street Light in front of this address is out. It was intermittently on and off for a while.

This is now a bank owned home, squatters are living inside. Also the front yard is overgrown.

This home owner is still using his front yard as an overnight parking lot. If cars are not parked in the front yard when you do your drive by, just look for permanent tire tracks in the grass.
