What is the status of this complaint? During the inception of c click fix we were always given updates and progress reports. The city of Pembroke Pines has finally caught up to other cities that have been doing online complaints for years now, please let's not regress backwards into our old ways. Maybe we need to get the mayor or county commissioner involved.

Edit, maybe we need to get the Commissioner for our district involved!
