I agree, I can't tell you how many times we have had cars come up at normal street speeds behind us, though sometimes they are driving slowly. Maybe a solution is to close ONE of the gates to make a narrower opening. When an authorized vehicle comes through, they can just open that gate, and close it behind them. They could also put a sawhorse with a sign on it a few feet inside the entrance, visible from the outside. Some of the worst offenders are people going to meetings or activities in the Carriage House, who are too lazy and entitled to walk a few yards from the street. Parking there should be reserved for users who are handicapped.
