Leaf bags and yard trash in containers were not picked up this morning. This seems to be a problem in the Westville area today. We saw a number of bags not picked up during a walk this evening.

I agree this seems like a pattern is forming - about 3 weeks ago bags left on the curb side and was reported. DPW please have a meeting with your staff.

Monday I watched them clear bags on my block. They would only pick up one or two bags from some houses and leave the rest. Other houses they skipped over entirely.
