I think all of these "Street light repairs" are the responsibility of Huntsville Utilities not the city of Huntsville. If so, does Utilities see and answer these questions?
Yes. All street light issues should be directed to Huntsville Utilities. This issue along with all other street light repairs requested so far through SeeClickFix have been sent to Huntsville Utilities for their response. Huntsville Utilities additional contact for street light repairs is Teresa.Roberts@hsvutil.org. She advised this morning that she would like all the requests for street light repairs sent directly to her. My understanding is that at this time H.U. does not use COH's SeeClickFix. I will pass on the suggestion that we try and include H.U. in SeeClickFix.
Issue e-mailed to Huntsville Utilities for their response. If you need to contact them further they can be reached at 256-535-1324. E-mail address is elecoper@hsvutil.org. Thank you for the notification
