This was the only city trash container in the Newhallville/Prospect Hill neighborhood, and the only remaining city container between the Hamden line and downtown. It has been a boon to dog walkers and volunteers picking up litter from the sidewalks of Prospect Street and Highland Street. I hope it will be replaced soon.

We are still waiting for this replacement trash receptacle. When will it be put in place? Many people use and need it.

As we close these older Trash issues which have lingered in the "Other" category for awhile, we realize some have been addressed, some may still remain and a few others have appeared in a different category.
