Charter Oaks Blvd., from Weybridge to Metro Parkway (16 mile) is beyond the hot or cold patch repair that is being used by the Road Commission to make travel over this road manageable. The road is littered with large pieces of concrete throughout its length. No more excuses. Fix the road.
