Charter Oaks Blvd., from Weybridge to Metro Parkway (16 mile) is beyond the hot or cold patch repair that is being used by the Road Commission to make travel over this road manageable. The road is littered with large pieces of concrete throughout its length. No more excuses. Fix the road.

No it has not. Nor can we expect it to be. All we can expect is a few scoop fulls of black top patch thrown on the holes. Wait until spring and the street will look like moonscape.
