Description

4th & H St NW. Southbound light for H St is too short or incorrectly timed. Every morning cars backed up into 4th & Mass Ave intersection, blocking the right lane of Southbound Mass Ave for the entire duration of the green light. Please adjust the timing so the southbound 4th St drivers do not block Mass Ave.
