Traffic has increased in Nor Este neighborhood since road construction began on Alameda. Drivers have been using Eagle Rock and Morris Rippel to get around this construction. Now that Wyoming is closed between Alameda and Eagle Rock it has become worse. Drivers are speeding around the blind corner at Morris Rippel and Eagle Rock on their way to Georgia O'Keefe. I do believe that the speed limit is 25 MPH. I have witnessed excess speed of 35+ MPH on a daily basis. Please monitor this area.
