This situation has been formally reported to Richmond Stormwater Mgmt Team (20020934033) so that proper inspection, consideration and handling can take place accordingly. 4/30/2014 - Thanks so much for your communication with Richmond City Government online. This matter has been resubmitted to Parks Mgmt (20020938029) to ask them to please double check the drain clog at the spring and to resurrect the spring

4/30/2014 - Richmond Parks Mgmt (20020938029) noted they had the plumber turn off the spring again due to flooding. They have an order out right not to have the drains cleaned well again before turning the spring back on - resurrection of spring is pending cleaning of debris and drains
