Mr. Boisvert, the immediate problem has again been addressed. However, you are correct that the main issue remains. The utility has contacted the manufacturer and we are working with them to determine the proper repair action to eliminate this issue permanently. We are currently collecting "real time" data as the station operates to be used in the repair decision. This will take a week or so. This information will then be used, with help from the manufacturer, to perform the final repairs. I apologize for this inconvenience in the meantime. I will effort to update this issue going forward to provide you with its status.

Data has been collected and provided to the manufacturer. A meeting is scheduled for this week to determine the ongoing issues with this station. The planned outcome of this meeting is to identify the problem and put in motion the activities (ordering material, physical repairs, etc.) required to permanently correct the issue.

Thanks for the update. Was starting last night to make some noise. I did notice that on tonight's agenda some other lift stations and looking to be replaced so they must be in worse shape then this one!

Thanks for dealing with this immediately. Dies anyone have an updated time frame on the permanent fix? The unit is right off the master bedroom of my house so having a night of it making noise or a late night technician working on it does not make for a good nights sleep. Thanks again.

Parts and material to make the needed repairs were ordered following our meeting with the manufacturer last week. Taking into account the lead time on the material, we hope to have this issue resolved before the end of the month.

Mr. Boisvert,
The pump repairs associated lift station No. 66 were completed yesterday. We are continuing to have our staff monitor the station to see if there is a noticeable difference in noise. I'd like to leave this issue open for the time being to ensure you are satisfied with the noise reduction. Please update us should you notice the noise level return. Thank You.

NOW HAS BEEN REPORTED 4 OR 5 TIMES! Gets quiet for a short time then is bad again! Fix it or replace it!
