There is no association here.

This property already has an existing violation for broken fence going back to Irma which still has not been repaired. How does the city handle vacant properties.

The city should remove it and charged them. It was dumped the day after bulk pick up.

House was not vacant at the time. I saw a little girl taking out the trash that was dumped. Maybe it was rented out. What is so hard about this? The city just needs to take action. There is no association in Tanglewood. The City takes care of these types issues when there is no association.

Unfortunately the overall appearance of this community has deteriorated significantly since residents decided to drop their HOA.
