Description

For four weeks running there has been a persistent pile of trash in front of this house. Trash is picked up on Fridays and the pile, including the full trash cans, is overflowing onto the street and sidewalk again before the weekend is over. Trash often blows down the street from the trash cans that are too full to close. Trash and recycling bins remain on the street 7 days per week.
