Community Development has cited the owner of this property to Municipal Court for non-compliance of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Huntsville, AL. A continuation of the citation was granted, with the new court date being set for 05/28/2014. This legal issued to be addressed by the Municipal Court Judge.

This issue is being acknowledged and hopefully resolved soon.
