City of Huntsville designou esta questão a Huntsville Community Development

Community Development has cited the owner of this property to Municipal Court for non-compliance of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Huntsville, AL. A continuation of the citation was granted, with the new court date being set for 05/28/2014. This legal issued to be addressed by the Municipal Court Judge.

This issue is being acknowledged and hopefully resolved soon.

Thanks for getting the ball rolling on this issue. When the app was launched my first thought was to report this, because frankly this has been a major eye-sore for way too long - several years now. Glad someone else beat me to reporting it. Here is a fairly recent photo for everyone's reference.
