Thank you for reporting this issue. We will make contact with the management company regarding the debris and have it removed as soon as possible. The removal time will depend upon whether the container is a roll-off, either from an outside source or the City, a regular dumpster, or if there is need for an extra collection above and beyond their regular collection. Please note that items such as tires, paint, chemicals, items with CFC’s such as refrigerators, sod, construction debris such as concrete, rocks, dirt, ect. may not be collected by our Sanitation Department and will need to be disposed of at a local landfill.

As with residential pick up, each business or multi-family complex will have differing pick up schedules (days, times per week, collecting entity…) that will affect the removal timeline. For questions, please call Sanitation at 979-764-3690.

The code officer has contacted the apartment complex and instructed them to call sanitation for an additonal pick up to remove the tree that has been cut down.

Sanitation has received a workorder to pick this up and it will be picked up soon.
