SINCE DECEMBER my neighbors & I have reported this MASS MESS.The car that was there was SHOT UP & REMOVED by OPD.Can the city please come remove this GARBAGE THAT MANY OF US HAVE REPORTED COUNTLESS TIMES??PLEASE..ONCE AGAIN,SINCE DECEMBER WE'VE BEEN REPORTING THIS.
