We on Rosemary Terr have the same problem as reported on Dana Lane. The water has a foul odor and the taste is terrible. We normally get this taste and odor when the water table is low but this time the odor is stronger and the taste is not pleasant.

Mine is bad as well at 165 Cheshire Road,South Meriden.Smell is awful and taste is even worse

Larry Kendzior, City Manager wrote 1 day ago on a similar issue:

"According to the Director of Public Utilities, there was a late algae bloom this weekend. Dana Lane water lines will be flushed today. The Broad Brook reservoir will be shut down this morning and treatment started. The water was tested last week and is safe to drink despite the odor."

What about the rest of the city? Its everywhere. Its disgusting! Could have and should have been prevented. And no notice till a week later? Nice job, again. FAIL.
