Cars traveling eastbound on LaSalle rarely stop at Blairmoor. There is an elementary school there and the parents are crazy drivers. People do not take their time and rush through the stop sign. Even non-school hours people do not stop. I've seen 3 instances in a year where there was a close call of car on car accident.
