Description

Over the years branches have cut from trees to keep power lines clear. Now trees are dying due to the amount of cutting which has occurred. The City of Raleigh or Duke Power needs to remove these trees before they rot completely and fall thus causing a traffic hazard. This has already happened with 2 branches from one of the trees, but a proactive approach needs to be taken.
