We are having more speeders with no mufflers this year than usual. Most have heavily tinted windows. It seems to be the same 4-5 cars seen day after day.

RPD has posted a "Speed Enforcement Zone" sign but it has had no effect. There are plenty of hills and curves on this street, making it ideal for radar. We would like to see radar enforcement for at least a few days.
