I would believe that BSEED would be the City Dept. to inspect this house for exterior & interior health & safety conditions & code violations that would be written up & issued as violations to the property owner who must correct all violations!!!! Please BSEED, we need your attention on this deteriorating residential dwelling that should not be lost to any demolition by neglect when so many people need housing in our City!!!
