FYI this has been like for over 2 months. On top of the construction debris on the sidewalk, the debris in the dumpster is constantly blown all over the road as it is not covered. Recently I noticed that household trash is in the dumpster and that is now blowing all over. The workers are only here a few days every 2-3 weeks. The picture was taken on 03/07/14

Issue Reopened

DGS I really dont understand why you close issues before you correct them. No other agency on here does that. Its very frustrating to have an issue closed when the issue is still there. Case in point, you closed this issue but I jus took these photos. A binch trash in this dumpster is going to end up on our street as the wind will blow the cardboard and insulation. Also the piles are an eye sore.

I agree that changing the report status to "closed" is misleading. The dumpster has been parked in front of 49 Myrtle Ave for three months past the parking permit expiration date, and there is construction debris as well as trash all around the dumpster. Some of the debris is also in front of neighboring properties. Neighbors would very much like to see this cleaned up asap.

Contractor cleaned up all but the large pile of bricks next to the building. Thank you for looking into this.
