Description
Traffic light on Swan Street at the Washington Ave intersection is red too long in mornings causing backups all the way down to under the tunnels while Washington Avenue remains basically free flowing. It can take approximately ten minutes to get from Madison Avenue to Washington Avenue on Swan Street. Timing needs to be checked At Swan St & State St and Swan St & Washington Ave traffic lights. Needs to be a longer green light for Swan Street.
