Description

The sidewalk in front of this property was replaced months ago. The crew did not put grass seed down on the space between the street and sidewalk, resulting in a muddy mess. The crew did other sections of sidewalk along Nicoll and placed grass seed in those areas. It seems they forgot to finish the area in front of this property.
