Call the PD- leave a call back and insist that someone call you back- tell them you are noting the time of the call in case there is no response. they should respond with a red tag- which gives 24 hours before its towed.
Traffic and Parking gives you the bs that they have to time it for 72 hours even though its encased in snow and the last storm was weeks ago.
Traffic and parking is waste of time to report to.
If that doesn't work call it in as someone is stealing tires lol
