I am the owner of 140 Wolcott Street. My house is the only street on the block without a driveway and/or garage. I do not understand the snow removal parking ban of No Parking on the Odd Sides of the Street. I live on the even side of the street and because snow is only plowed on the odd side, I have to park on the mountain of snow-turned-ice in front of my house. When will the even side of the street be plowed? Do I have to wait until the summer sun melts the glacier in front of my house? And now another snowstorm is coming. What happened to plowing both sides of the street? This makes no sense!
